Cream and maple syrup.

All types of ways.
But generally super strong and sweet, near thick as mud in the morning, and as the day goes on it gets weaker, and i try to stop at 4 or 5 pm.

Usually in a ceramic wake 'n bake mug. Unless I'm not at home. Then it's in which ever type cup is available where I am.

In a mug with water.. I used to take it with cold milk but im on a diet
