Worse yet - I have been using my CPAP machine for years now. Darth Vader head gear/mask on in 15 seconds. A few days ago I could NOT get it on. After fifteen minutes I realized the sucker was inside out - arghhh.

@Mamapolo2016 I've been on my CPAP machine for about a year now. Full face mask. Do you have battery back up?
Mamapolo2016 · F
@Cavedweller Yes. It's pretty essential.

@Cavedweller I used the full mask for a couple of years - then I decided to try the nasal mask and for me, it's far better.

@Mamapolo2016 Expensive?
Mamapolo2016 · F
@Cavedweller No - cheaper, I think. I thought I needed the full-face because I had apnea long before it was diagnosed and had learned the habit of sleeping with my mouth open for the gasping-for-breath part. But the nasal mask handles that way better, and it's not so claustrophobic.
