It sounds like a metaphor. Trump was a businessman who became president. It’s a huge difference. The size of his suit in your dream could be the position he has now. It’s not the one that would normally fit him but he says it does. It shows that just because you don’t seem like the right person for the job doesn’t mean you are unable to do it.
