I just joined. Is it normal to get email from strangers that seem aggressive? Is this a dating site? I am not looking to flirt or date.

What can I say on my profile so I don't give the wrong impression? I like chatting but not looking for a mate.

Not a dating site. Just aggressive people. There are mostly wonderful people here. Just block those who get upon your nerves. Or you may mute them. Put limits upon your profile. Like say no dating, no sexting, no whatever you want. Have fun. I love your avatar, Lily, too.
