How do You define a pervert? Someone who dresses provocatively, someone ogling someone dressed provocatively? Someone with a variety of stories and photos on their social media, or someone who comments on stories and photos on someone's social media?

@Tsamis Like what you often hear on this site, people sending more or less (often the latter) funny pics of their body to other people (unasked) or starting a conversation about any unwanted sexual topics in private messages. In short, I define it as "being annoying in a negative way towards someone and usually without asking the participant(s) for consent".
