We find people with The worst life circumstances and saddest stories that manage to keep a positive outlook on life and employ them. Patients come in and listen to those people tell their stories. They leave with a new perspective on how bad life can be and inspiration that people still survive it and press on.

If that fails, we hand them a job application.
