What are you afraid of losing most?

@SpaceCreature what trait of yours do u treasure the most? Like without it, you wouldn't feel the same.

@SweetMae I'm kinda scared of that too. Like I spent all this time and pain and effort building me into the person I am now. Having to lose that progress would be too much to make up

@1455spd My mother had dementia.

@SweetMae My granddad too. Guy thought I was his cousin at one point. Couldn't remember anyone's name and always breaking down crying. The last few years of his life were brutal

@4meAndyou Not every person get these diseases. I think so because while interacting with you, I think you have very balanced mind. This thought is really scary. If you really feel that you can get these diseases, please adopt a habit of doing yoga and meditation on frequent basis.

@forestamazing its shrinking with age, in some years I might not even notice it.
