Why is Zimbabwe’s hyper inflation crisis so persistent?

They’ve tried plenty of things but nothing seems to change.

For one thing, their farm lands lay unplanted. They have no " mid-level" leadership.

How come?@SweetMae

Many of the white farmers were killed or exiled. The people that remained didn't have the knowledge necessary to farm the land. The schools there train their youth to go to college in other countries, so their best and brightest rarely return. No one was being taught the basic skills of farming, plumbing or electrical installation. No one was being taught basic repair skills either.@Longpatrol

They should retool the education system to build up confidence in the country @SweetMae

They should and they need to train young women. While I was there, I encouraged the young woman to think about careers of their own.@Longpatrol

Let the men do the farming. Get the women into politics, engineering and science cuz the men are screwing things up@SweetMae

They could do a lot better with the right leader. @Longpatrol
