Insurance way too expensive? Equals pay cut for new job

So I had a pretty good job making 62k a year. Insurance was awesome only $360 per a month for my husband and daughter. Switched jobs to another huge company for ALSO 63k... they just told us today insurance is $900 a month.. the job is harder, and I’m working 60 hours a week where before I was working no more than 40. I’m starting to realize I may have made a bad decision. Working more hours for less pay.. BUT it’s for a HUGE tech company. My old job was for a large company too but I didn’t see any upward mobility. My new company is pretty famous where as my old company most people hadn’t heard of. I’m trying to see the positive side of things.. and struggling. Can anyone relate?

it would probably be cheaper to buy health insurance for you, your husband, and your daughter privately. Probably about $300 cheaper, which is still expensive compared to the last job, but a 30% savings is 30% saved. it’s probably worth it, regardless, if you’re looking to be upwardly mobile and the other job was holding you down.
