Insurance way too expensive? Equals pay cut for new job

So I had a pretty good job making 62k a year. Insurance was awesome only $360 per a month for my husband and daughter. Switched jobs to another huge company for ALSO 63k... they just told us today insurance is $900 a month.. the job is harder, and I’m working 60 hours a week where before I was working no more than 40. I’m starting to realize I may have made a bad decision. Working more hours for less pay.. BUT it’s for a HUGE tech company. My old job was for a large company too but I didn’t see any upward mobility. My new company is pretty famous where as my old company most people hadn’t heard of. I’m trying to see the positive side of things.. and struggling. Can anyone relate?

Why did you switch?

Because I got passed over 3 times for a promotion by for example the COOs daughter and then again for the CEOs neice.. that really sucked and they kept dangling carrots saying it may not be this round but I’ll get promoted next round .. after each pass over I got more and more frustrated so decided it was better to start over somewhere else@MrBrownstone

@Brassm0nk3y I understand that frustration. And don’t blame you for leaving. But know companies don’t care about employees.
