I’m learning to drive a car. Finding it difficult to shift gear and focus on the road simultaneously. I believe automatic version would be more easier. But I don’t have one. Any tips?

You just need practice and less conscious of the shift stick.

@SW-User before you go on the road, have a feel for the gear up and down. That should be memorised and not something you need to look at. Spend a few minutes just shifting gears while stationary.
