It depends on who you ask really. The dark web as most know it is more of a decentralized web that works by preventing search engines from being able to search through the files and list them on the WWW. These "websites" are often self hosted places on the dark web and there are some places that keep a repository of active sites on them. Since web crawlers do not work on them and most use some form of encryption it is much harder to search/police than the WWW. So many things are offered there from college quiz answers to drugs and even darker things.
The Deep web are typically non indexed websites or file hosts that are hosted and accessible from the regular browser assuming you have the exact web address to connect to them.

They are the same thing and there still are deeper levels. It was created by the Navy and basically to store information that might have to be referenced up the road a lot of big corporations use it so that they could go back 20 years on an incident or something like that without storing so many records on their regular computer files that it crashes.. another fact you might see sicker stuff on there but those sick people would be doing that regardless just not on the internet as much. There's no percentage of anything being worse on there

I think deep web is more like classified government documents and leaks and dark web is crazy shit like live torture sessions of kidnapped women and other illegal things, I've heard.

You get to the dark/deep web through a simple search. Nah I have no interest in doing the things they provide.
