So the president gives one of the most powerful speeches ever and knocks it out of the park......................and.......
The disgusting media clowns on NBC, and probably every station except FOX and OAN , immediately start spewing sewage. They never fail to disappoint! Trump is one of the best presidents in US history and anyone who cannot see that is seriously ill. That speech was fantastic and every word of it desperately needed to be spoken! That speech was so damn good, I would have thought 'I' had written it for him!

Which speech? Up to now he's been an ignorant man coasting on economic strength built during the last administration. But if he's actually made an intelligent speech I'll offer the benefit of the doubt. So far he's been selling out our long term future for short term gains though...
@ViciDraco Believe what you want. As long as reality conflicts with the narrative of the left, then the voters will vote accordingly. Trump has done more good in less than two years than the last president did in eight!
@puck61 he's done more harm in two years than the last three or four presidents... Especially in regards to environment, education, and our influence in going politics and now trade.
@ViciDraco Reality does not align with that narrative. You can tell me the sun rises in the west till you turn blue in the face, but the sun still rises in the East.

@GunSmoke9 slow and steady is how. It takes time for foundations to set. This stuff doesn't change overnight. And we're still not doing that great. Underemployment is still high. Labor participation rate is down. Wages are still down vs inflation. Tax burdens are set to climb for the middle class. The rich are doing great, but that's about it.
@GunSmoke9 lowering taxes was not required. If anything we needed to raise them to provide more support for health and education. Cutting regulations is also going to harm us all in the long term.
@ViciDraco catching some of the address now. It's a better speech than many he's made. But that's pretty expected when he's reading a speech someone else wrote word for word. He's still trying to sell his trade war as a good policy though.
@ViciDraco We don't need to raise taxes, but to cut spending. We do better when more people keep more of their money, not by having a wasteful government take more.
@GunSmoke9 better to work on reducing government waste than letting the wealthy continue to horde obscene amounts of wealth while they pay workers as little as possible.
@GunSmoke9 not with that mindset. You don't raise taxes to reduce waste, you do so to support more programs or at least balance the deficit. Reducing waste can be done independent of raising or lowering taxes. It's just good housekeeping.
@ViciDraco You are not going to balance the deficit by raising taxes. More programs cost more money which will raise taxes, and who pays? The rich alone can't pay for what you and socialist want.
