Am I the only that when they have more then one pencil or more than one pen of the same color they leave a certain pen or pencil that they favor other pencil or other pen of the same color that they leave their favorite ones at home and take the other pens and pencil out with them so that if they loose them they wont be as upset if they lost their favorite one?

I have used a Pentel P205 mechanical pencil since college. I get attached to them. I once lost my shit when my pencil disappeared at a meeting, so much so that my friend offered to give me his. It wasn't mine, though.

@DunningKruger I have this paper mate purple pencil and this pen+gear purple pencil, and purple is my favorite color and since I find the purple paper mate pencil cuter and because that the last purple paper mate pencil I have at home I just leave i at home. Not going to a spare pencil bc someone might ask for it and I might forget to ask them to give it back

yeah and not just pens, but pretty much everything. I even leave my favourite sweets to the end and eat the so-so ones first.

@lizzy96 also sometimes I wouldn't eat them at all and just keep them in a special drawer with all my most important things. And just check on it from time to time and eat it later.
