How do you feel about transhumanism?

Would you get cybernetic implants? Nanomachines to keep you healthy? Would you upload your coniousness into a cybernetic brain?

I'd never upload my consciousness into a computer, I think that's cruel.
But getting cybernetic implants to prolong my life, I would.
