President Trump needs to learn to 'refrain from commenting' on some things.

I'm listening to the propaganda networks have a field day with the president's comments about the alleged death toll from hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico. The way the anti Trump power structure works, and the way the propaganda networks operate, leads me to believe he may very well be correct, but there are some things that a 'president' should keep to himself. "Discretion is the better part of valor." The only thing I can imagine, is that perhaps President Trump knows that this is a good time to get the TLBB ( Tender Little Blossom Brigade) worked up into a frenzy so they will say or do something unprecedentedly stupid or deceitful . He' kind of tricky that way.

POTUS should comment wisely, measured and with intelligence. Much of this is laced with lack of empathy, insincerity and frankly BS. His good ideas and comments are lost is a sea of poor unintelligent rhetoric. In that regards he gets what he deserves. Defending him and observing the WH defense has been one series of comedies. His legacy is to further polarize our nation, normalizing inane and reactive behavior and encouraging the backlash of far left liberals (and conservatives).

@bobby1975 No one completely approves of the Tweets. They are often the result of Trump's personal outrage. 90% of the media in this country are negative toward Trump, and with that sort of bias, there are times when he has no other outlet for his own truth.

@4meAndyou I agree the media has a bias to some degree. How would it not. Ridiculousness is good news, makes column inches and sound bytes.

Firstly judge POTUS on his inane self centered tweets alone. Secondly you start a tantrum war with the media, (like the CIA, FBI, Intelligence services, China, allies etc), you then have to take the flak. If you're unintelligent about it, you wont control it.

@bobby1975 I do disagree with
I agree the media has a bias to some degree
It is much, much worse than that. 90% negativity is the actual figure from the polls.

Next week, when the FISA papers are declassified, we can talk again about whether Trumps problem with the intelligence services was justified.
If 90% of the "Fake News" is negative toward him it is for obvious reasons. No one has forced him to say and do the things that he says and does in his speech's in public and tweets to the entire country and to the world also with his tantrums and distain for other people who expose his lies. The Dems. are trying to make me look bad, Paul Ryan said there is no reason to dispute the numbers. Is everyone being mean and unfair to him ?. The Truth will emerge in spite of his threats of the stock market crashing and lots of people becoming poor, more of his fear mongering. @4meAndyou

@softspokenman No one can argue that Trump has foot in mouth syndrome, and that plays into the hands of his detractors. However, I, for one, am very tired of seeing media morons set their pants on fire and run screaming down the street in hysteria every time he does.
In an interview, 2 days ago, on PBS Amanpour, Kelly Anne Conway was asked if she thought the News Media was the enemy of the people. She smiled and said no...."Some of them are Liberals and some are just lazy." @4meAndyou
4meAndyou · F
@softspokenman That's her take, I suppose. I wish I could find the article I read on the internet to show you which stated that MSNBC actually employs a former member of the CIA as a commentator, and he is in present time scripted directly by the CIA.

In support of Conway, I guess we have all noticed the stories from the Washington Post that had to be retracted because they weren't true....and I guess you could say that was lazy reporting.

And I did see a real nut on CNN the other day raving like a lunatic and it was obvious the brain was not connected to the mouth, because if it was it would be scary. Some folks are so passionate in their Trump hatred. You can't really call them liberals, because there are calm, reasonable liberals who have thought out their positions very carefully, and it is just not the same animal....so I disagree with Conway there.
Still watching the "worst" of the Enemy of the people "fake news media" and comparing it to the Real Truth News Media ? Can you tell me which one that is please ? @4meAndyou

@4meAndyou Again, if you find the media doesn’t match your expectations, judge him by his tweets alone. If you deem POTUS tweets to be accurate, decent, becoming of the free worlds premier and reliable, then you are a bigger fool than he.
@4meAndyou You said, "You can't really call them liberals, because there are calm, reasonable liberals who have thought out their positions very carefully, and it is just not the same animal...." Exactly, that's why I refer to these care bear fascists as "pseudo liberals". I am not unaware of the good work that real liberals have been involved in throughout US history. These are just sore losers with a fabricated ax to grind.

@puck61 I'm happy to say that you are correct.
