Is this a good idea?

Putting an electric fence around your yard if you live across the street from a school? A man in Virginia did that.

An electric fence will not kill a child, but they would definitely get a good shock if they touched or ran into it. I know from experience on my grandfathers farm.

@4meAndyou I've touched them about 3 times when I was a kid thinking the battery had been turned off. Not fun but I got electrocuted on a frayed iron cord when I was 4 and that was a serious shock.

@4meAndyou I made a list one time when I was in my 30's and damn I didn't realize how many times I could have offed myself till then.
