Women are safer anonymous I feel. Also is good that women could possibly be a bored weird man - safer that it's a possibility.

A friend is a friend, verified, or not. I've spoken to several on videochat who aren't verified, but they are real people.

While some may not verify because they literally can't, I think a huge amount don't verify because they refuse to show anyone their face on a website of which anonymity is the best thing about it.

I think women see less a need for it.. I've not bothered as I haven't had time, that's often the case too with women who have families and lots of stuff going on.. and perhaps fewer feel the need to prove themselves?
