I quit drinking about 5 years ago - no drinking problem, just an unconsidered promise. In any event, I gave up access to my favorite taste sensation - "Java Stout" by Bell's Brewery.
Rather than having ice cream flavored beer, I would love to have beer flavored ice cream - notably my beloved Java Stout!
