Christians, could you have a lasting relationship with an atheist?
I could love and honor a Christian, just as long as they would love and honor my own un-belief!

Friendships certainly. In general when you are in a more intimate relationship it is often best to have the same faith or no faith. It is one thing to discuss politics with someone, but things that are truly important and require faith just isn't something that can be ignored nor overcome when it is with someone you share your bed with.
