Christians, could you have a lasting relationship with an atheist?

I could love and honor a Christian, just as long as they would love and honor my own un-belief!

That’s called being “unevenly yoked” if I remember the teachings. And the only reason they should consider a relationship with you would be to bring you into the “flock”. So they would be obliged by their faith to try and change your lack of belief. 😉

@bijouxbroussard I'm just grateful I've never been put in that situation, at least not romantically. You make a really good point my friend. Ironically, there was a time I actually led bible studies for youth, fortunately, I came fairly early on to my own unbelief.
