Hmmm.....well Scandinavian countries seem to be the happiest. But they are cold places. Maybe also canada.

Probably somewhere with a far smaller population.
Denmark; Sweden; Norway; New Zealand; somewhere like that.
Smaller populations tend to be happier more often; have fewer social problems and have a better standard of living.

@Maggimay I've only been in summer but I like the flat landscape. I never experienced the Dutch being rude personally.
