How much is an adequate bribe for a health and safety official?

I have recently made several moves towards becoming a property developer and I've got a tip off that a H&S inspector will be visiting one of my sites soon. Yesterday I visited and was shocked at all the breaches of H&S I saw. So I'm probably going to need to bribe the inspector but I don't have a clue how much. Any advice?
