@fazer1k lolol.... joy makes any foid healthy as long as we take our food balanced ....

we should learn to stop sending useless negative data to our mind before eating it...

Thinking negatively about any food before taking it, makes it unhealthy and it makes our body react negatively towards it..

@MethDozer The fat, salt, sugar content of everything has to be shown on packs now. Skinny rashers allow supermarkets to offer more rashers for the content levels I guess.

@fazer1k Okay, but that doesn't have anything to do with how well it is done. The content is the same regardless of slice thickness, the proportions are the same.

@Soossie Ha! I agree with you. I love the old style bacon we used to get. It just doesn't seem to come that way any more. I guess it might from a butcher but I always use supermarkets.

@MethDozer Maybe we are interpreting 'flabby' differently. I'm thinking of the older style rashers that always seemed much thicker.

@fazer1k On it can be thick or thin. When I say flabby I mean with some of the meat and fat left soft and chewy instead of the whole slice crispy and firm.

Thick cut is better to me just because it cooks better.
