@Kcmzeph Hrm. Jail in Norway. I'm sure Norway treats their homeless great, but sleeping rough in the arctic isn't my idea of a great time.

@CountScrofula If Norway has one of the best prisons, maybe it is taking care of its homeless people as well..hopefully
