@SW-User It's okay, I'm just being a whiner. 💙

@xBlackyChan Cheers. I don't feel tough at all. But I'll make it.

@caccoon no, sweetheart, you're not. You suffered one of the biggest losses anyone can have. Allow yourself to grieve. When you don't, it's very detrimental to your health. I love you, and I will continue praying for you, and your family.

@SW-User Thank you. 😢
@xBlackyChan I agree with you. It's hopefully going to be a temporary thing, but I've been on and off for 8 years now and honestly? I think my brain is perma-fucked.
That being said, eating healthy and exercise is huge. Keeping busy is huge, meditation helps a lot and so does yoga. And my dog. It's not as though I don't try. But I have been through a lot in the past few years and the medication helps the suicidal thoughts seem less interesting and they help me get out of bed.

@xBlackyChan I'm weaning off at the moment which is why I feel so awful. Because I need to switch. It's a long story.
But yes, there are natural things you can use. I find poppy tea (not the opium poppies, you want papaver rhoeas) helps. As does Malva (mallow) and weed is amazing haha. There is a lot you can do but it requires a lot of research and dedication.
Pharmaceuticals make too much money for the world for the information to be easily accessible.
Good luck to you.
