Did you ever discover extra money in your bank account?
I'm thinking they sent an extra Social Security payment. Cause it's twice as much, no explanation either.

I have been over payed before
I call social security
I have had them take money back out of my check before too
So I know what I have coming ,I am not spending any increase until I am 100%
sure I am entitled to it .
I tried telling Mom to send Dads check back when he passed ,,
the 1st one he was entitled to ,but he was dead ,mom did not notify them
So when they took it all out of her check at one time ,,she was mad
I tried to tell her ,,if they short you ,its an act of congress to get it right
but if they over pay you
they get it ,,they don't play
I would be calling them asking whats up
