In a relationship, which is better, woman older than man or man older than woman..?

I think there needs to be a balance in maturity and that can happen with differences in the age of either gender.

Man older in my opinion.

When the man is older than the woman. The other way around is less common.

Older man usually, but it's really up to the two involved. Whatever works.

Since I like younger women I have to say man older than woman :-)

Love, honesty , loyalty. These are important things. Age is not. One is not better than the other.

Well obviously that's a matter of preference and most seem to prefer the man being older.
Personally, I prefer the woman to be a little older.
