What's your favorite way to cool off?

Air conditioning, being naked most of the time when at home, and going out to the river where it is a little bit cooler than in town for some out door nude enjoyment and swimming (my wife and I have a favorite spot that's fairly remote, secluded, and private)...in fact we are going out there a little bit later this morning and we can't wait.

Swimming is what i like to do most to get cool but other wise lots of cold showers.

I think you're way too hard on yourself. But I've been sucking on icecubes to keep cool.

Air conditioner and warm showers. Warm water leaves a warm sensation on your skin, increasing blood flow to your skin and increasing the heat loss from your body.

Cold shower, cold beer, free nipples.

It's really hot this summer here too but I love the heat and don't have a problem with it at all.
I do stay naked at home all the time, but other than that I don't need to cool off.
