@SW-User oh, same here! Works much better! But what I take is basically a mix of melitonin, theanine and other more or less natural things that pretty much does the trick and has the added advantage of not showing up on a screening, lol

@Zaphod42 Fortunately, that kind of screening never happens in the field I work in. I have taken melatonin in the past and it works well but I find it always makes me feel a bit sleepy the next morning. I guess I'd have to adjust the levels.
