Have you ever taken a medication that altered your personality?

Because of my cancer I take a hormone pill that makes me very sensitive. I get hurt very easily and I hate myself when I'm like this

Zoloft. I had zero personality. As much flavor as tap water. And cotton mouth so bad it was like someone shoved a sweatshirt in my mouth.
