I've never had one call me that ever....I don't think I'd like it much though because I might be their friend, lover, boyfriend/husband, or wot not, but I'm definitely not their Daddy (not even figuratively). The only woman I'd enjoy calling me that would be my daughter...and I don't have one of those.
