Do you have any modern day hero's?

I just watched a video of a kitten tossed onto the center lane of a freeway, poor thing was huddled to the dividing wall. This couple actually pulled over, stopping the freeway traffic (highly dangerous) but managed to save this poor tiny little thing.

These are the people who for me are actual "angels" and my own modern-day heros. That kitten has a wonderful life now thanks to this brave couple!

Eh, kittens suck.

But I still wouldn't throw one on a highway. That's unnecessary and cruel.

@Coyotedave611 There's lots of animals I hate. Dogs are on the top of that list. I can't stand dogs, they're the worst. But just cos I hate them doesn't mean they aren't still living animals, and I wouldn't ever hurt one. I don't think it's right to intentionally harm living creatures even though I might think they're horrible.

@Coyotedave611 Although I gotta admit, when that video went viral of the kid throwing the cat off the balcony into the swimming pool I laughed my ass off at it. Granted, I didn't know it was real at first. I thought it was like CGI or something, like special effects. And it looked really damn funny.
