No one should be asked to "provide evidence" to prove religious belief. I'm an atheist and I think the lowest thing any human being can do to another is try to take away their hope, even if you don't believe they're getting it from a source you don't approve.

@CallmeHopelessNotRomantic I only ask them to present what they claim to have. I don't go up to random christians demanding they prove their beliefs. Why claim to have evidence but then refuse to present it?

@suzie1960 it's obviously not tangible to them,so they go with it's in their heart. Most of these people have had these beliefs since childhood. And you know how most hold on to them in hard times. If they have anything getting them through bad times, I'm happy.
