anyone else hate how the internet portrays people?

I can google specific descriptions of people and all it brings up are models and such and it annoys me. it needs to stop only showing those types of people, it makes almost everyone else feel down, like they wont ever look good enough and its all the internets fault i swear. just show us real freaking people, not freaking models all the time ugh.

not really. I don't have to look at someone and then think "that must be meeee"

@MartinTheFirst i just hate how it chooses one type/group of people to show. i use to draw people and i dont wanna just draw models that look like that.

like honestly it just makes me upset has for years
MartinTheFirst · 26-30, M
@Kanimaz well if you want to portray something that looks good then you would typically use a "good looking" person. I'm sure that if you ran a business you'd do the same.

or id make a living drawing and portraying what the world seems to hide
MartinTheFirst · 26-30, M
@Kanimaz Then you would do that simply to prove a point, not because you didn't care how someone looked. You'd make a decision fully adware of you picking someone "less attractive"
Kanimaz · 22-25, F
its never someone less attractive, attraction is never always the same, not everyone finds the same types of people attractive. people less attractive to one person may be more attractive to someone else.
MartinTheFirst · 26-30, M
@Kanimaz yeah but you know what I mean, in your eyes you'd pick someone "unattractive" to prove your point
Kanimaz · 22-25, F
if thats what you believe then ok, i wont argue, im simply saying it doesnt always need to be model material
MartinTheFirst · 26-30, M
@Kanimaz see then that's exactly what you're saying. "not model material", with that you mean "less attractive"
Kanimaz · 22-25, F
@MartinTheFirst no im saying most models are portraying what most people would call attractive, others see it as fake looks, some even find models unattractive. im not saying anything about attractive levels however.
