Yes. I have even attempted it. 30 or so years ago.

Thought about, yes. Many times. Never seriously enough to do anything about it thankfully

Pretty much every day. Some days are worse than others and it's like a loop my brain can't get out of.

Many times. Got as far as finishing the planning stage and moving into preparation before I finally vented to someone about it who took it seriously and got 5150'd. That was about 7 years ago now. Still get invasive suicidal thoughts at times, it's really shitty to deal with. :/
