Your question is weighted to give a "no" answer but yes, I think there can be forgiveness. Rehabilitation depends on the offender.

Molestation and anything beyond is never a forgivable offense.

Forgiveness? No. Never.

Forgiveness is the better deal for the victim. When a victim ‘forgives’ the perpetrator they are essentially cutting the tie that binds them and taking back a little of the power that was stolen from them. The offender however, must live with the knowledge of their actions forever.

Forgiveness is always possible for those truly contrite, but protection of the vulnerable is paramount. Just my 2 cents.

Sex offenders are mentally sick individuals and so yes (generally speaking) they deserve forgiveness...BUT ONLY if they get the help they need and are committed to getting and being better. That said, Regardless of whether they get help or not...what they do or did is a crime against humanity and they still need to face whatever consequences come as a result of that...forgiveness does not and should not erase that fact.
