What is all this Trump hatred?

All of this Trump hatred from the leftists and the media, no matter what the argument they make is...boils down to two main things: Trump represents white privilege and that is the worst enemy to lefties. He also respects America...that is another theme that lefties despise. Everything good he does, is negated in liberals twisted minds because of that. I like Trump...he is the real deal.

I heard one anti-Trump person put it perfectly. They said that if Trump saved the world, they would STILL hate him. And that’s their problem. They don’t care about the USA. They just care about stirring the pot.

Trump is a businessman.
He'll say and do whatever he wants because it's the ultimate aphrodisiac to somebody power hungry and used to creating situations to get his own way.

@Wiseacre THAT'S the problem ! EVERYBODY who WANTS to be LEADING their country at the moment is UNSUITABLE !
They lack business sense, economic know-how and political will from 'allies' to ensure the best possible outcome.
At this point I think it’s going beyond just the left. He’s becoming a national pariah..

@Notmesam I totally agree it's "beyond just the left". It's fascinating to see how the Trump supporters cannot see beyond the partisan aspects of "liberal/democrats" and "conservative/republicans" and they assume anyone disproving of Trump must be because they're "libtards" and "dumbocrats"... Don't they realize Trump goes against the grain of conservative ideology in so many fronts...? Poor Ronald Reagan must be rolling in his grave by having such character as the "republican" president of his country...

I used to consider myself aligned with the republican party, as I share what I thought were essential republican perspectives: standing up to dictators, confidence that the American people was noble and brave enough so it didn't need to be "protected" by the government from anyone (be it Mexicans or Mulsims), belief in free trade and the spirit of competition, etc...

Yet, a guy who has such a blatant disregard for facts, truth and ethics has brought absolute disrepute to a once noble, sensible party. It's disgraceful how any party can turn a blind eye to the fact that a petty, sexist, racist delusional megalomaniac runs a country as if it was his own private company.

For the record, I'm not American and I don't live in the US, but I literally lost count of the times I had heated arguments defending the positive role of the US in the world (because hating America has long been one of the world's favorite pastimes). Yet, looks like all these years I was blissful unaware of that half part of the country who are immersed in xenophobia, racism, sexism and ignorance, who chose a bully to protect them these pesky, "inferior" immigrants that seem to terrify them...
They’re committed.. they took all the bullshit as gospel. Now they don’t wanna admit they were wrong and he’s doing a great job.. so the screeching intensifies..

To be honest I'd like Trump more if he didn't insist on trashing the natural environment.

@PlainNCool Well he seems hell bent on bringing back coal, withdrawing us from the Paris agreement, drilling for oil in pristine environments etc.

Democrats' shining cities upon a hill more closely resemble Havana, Cuba and Caracas, Venezuela.
