Yes. It’s great if you are on a protein diet as it keeps your bowels working normally instead of getting constipated. I like putting it in a glass of orange juice to take it

I’m not on any diet actually but I have used it when I lost 30 pounds on a protein type eating plan

No I didn’t. I did it for about 8 weeks only, but continued with a balanced eating plan that kept my weight excellent for some years until I started snacking again about a year ago. Time to say goodbye to snacking again.
