At what age did your father or mother give you "the talk"?

I've been waiting almost 58 years for my Dad to talk to me.

They didn't. The subject makes both of them extremely uncomfortable.

My mom tried the day I got married. That was funny. Years too late ma.

They didn't, we went to a local health education center to learn about it in the 5th grade.

They did start talking to me about birth control around 14 or 15 though. I think they wanted to open up a line of communication so that if I was active, I'd feel comfortable being safe about it.

Who needs the talk when you have the net

I think I was 13. If only they knew they didn't need to bother. 😆

I was 5 years old when my mother explained briefly but clearly how babies are conceived through sexual intercourse. I considered what she'd said for a few minutes. Then I thought, "Well...I guess if you want a baby badly enough, you'll do anything."

They never did. I learned about it in a book. No, not porn or romance either lol

I was about ten, and wow, that was awkward! Then I got it in school the next year, and wow, that was even more awkward!
