What challenges have you faced today?

My constant foes. Depression & Anxiety.

Trying not to eat the unhealthy snacks in my office and trying not to injure myself rolling my eyes at passive-aggressive coworkers.

Nothing really since its my day off n i can jus relax n enjoy the nice day:)

2. Not shooting the idiot in front of me on the freeway
3. Maintaining a smile when I saw the jerk at the office darken my doorway
4. Returning to work after lunch.....sober.
5. Resisting the urge to.....never mind.
