I have a tiny overhead light so if I get up to pee, I don't squish my dog.

As far as thoughts, I think about things I need to resolve but haven't found a way yet or what I want to dream of.

My thoughts go into over drive, its my most creative and rational thought time, problem solving. Gtting to sleep is a pain!

My room is never pitch black as there are street lights that get through the blinds on my window.

Time for bed as soon as I turn off all the lights I fall asleep. I don’t like to sit in the dark too spooky for me so I stay up until I know I’m going to pass out.

I want to go home , too much light population in the uk

I sleep with the tv on. I'm never in my room when it's pitch black.
