My sister's death often haunts me

The past is over and finished. We can’t alter it. The only way to bury guilt is to have a positive impact.

Do what you can to help other children in trouble. Do everything you can to ensure your baby on the way and the woman you love never spend a moment in terror. Try to turn that hate, which is destructive to you and everyone around you into love for valuable people. Anger is healthy and justified in your case, but hate doesn’t hurt them. It hurts you and yours. If they cared if you hated them they would not have been hateful.

@Mamapolo2016 Thank you for your advice. I will try to follow it, but it's difficult.

@Poet123 It all takes work, love. It starts by recognizing where you're going in your head and diverting to another path. I wish you well.

@Poet123 I feel bad for you. Just keep on trying to do good. You will feel better in the end

@Sinnerwithaheart They did luckily. They had to be in the medical ward (well not my mother since she was sent to a different prison) but my step dad did.

We weren't able to charge them with murder since the corpse was too badly damaged by the soil and water.
