What do you do when you can’t fall asleep?

Take a bath in liquid melatonin. Well, just take a fraction of a mg of melatonin. Usually does the trick. If it doesn't, I have no choice but to stay up until I get tired. They say if you try to sleep, but can't for 15 minutes, you should just do something for awhile, like reading.
