I feel like the old lady after reading others answers...I go to bed around 9:00-9:30 and hopefully asleep by 10:30.

@Jeephikelove In my case I have ti get up at 5:30 for my commute to work so I should go the same time as you. Some of the folks here are going to bed around the time I'm waking up! haha
