@hidingrighthere I haven't ever back pain from it. Men gawking is annoying but y'know even women gawk at other women's breasts and that's not too much of a problem. The biggest thing for me is that they're just annoying, they're big bulbous things hanging off my chest, they get in the way of stuff, and they're ultimately useless for me. I can't have children so why do I need breasts to produce milk? It's like they're mocking me all the time, saying "haha, stupid cunt, you can lactate but you can't give birth to a baby, fuck you lol"
@hidingrighthere It could be worse. At least I have my physical health in pretty much every other regard. I could always become an Amazonian. They used to surgically remove one breast so they could more accurately fire a bow and arrow.
