Have you ever tried to write a book? Why didn't you finish it? What is stopping you?

Yeah. It started as more of an autobiographical account of my life from 15-17 which was the worst time of my life in every way possible. I had around.40k words but didn’t really go back to it because it generally depressed me a lot everytime I went back to read it...when I was 18 I started to change it into a fictional story with a happier ending. It’s been around a year since I’ve worked on it but I hope to finish it over the summer now that I have some free time on my hands.
