How do you deal with anger?

I haven't figured it out yet. I shoot for "repressing", but I think maybe that's what causes my migraines.

I do the same, then blow up, break something, regret it then do it all over again. 🤨

Definitely need to learn a better way, I hope someone has some good advice...
