what is your experience with if any,taking Melatonin?
I have been on for 5 nights & so far a few scary dreams & a few that made me feel like i was tripping!!

@abe182 actually when i was taking a higher does i was having too much bizzare dreams,i am only taking 1mg they come & go,what i mean is i don't always have them!
