The first is the "persuadable bouncer" meme. The format goes as follows. There's a picture of a bouncer standing stoically in front of a door, not allowing you inside, and next to this picture is a certain thing, usually something unfavorable, like "eating egg rolls without sauce." Then the next picture is the bouncer opening the door to allow you in, next to something favorable, like "eating egg rolls with spicy and sour sauce." The meaning of it is supposed to be like that first thing is bad, but the second thing is good, so the bouncer lets you in.
The weird cartoon guy that looks like fuckin' Quentin Tarantino is a character named Skeet from the show "The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron." He's a dimwitted fast food employee who works as McSpanky's Burgers, which is a parody of McDonald's. In the episode "Men at Work", Jimmy gets a job at McSpanky's, but annoys Skeet with his constant need to complicate things by using unnecessarily big words. There's a scene where Jimmy is mopping the floor and Skeet notices he missed a spilled packet of salt, and Jimmy says "Oh I got it, it's just a little sodium chloride" to which Skeet replies "Actually dude, it's salt." Jimmy insists that it's sodium chloride, while Skeet keeps saying it's salt.
So the joke is that the bouncer is Skeet, and he won't let you in because you're saying sodium chloride. But when you say salt, he's happy and lets you in.
